| A payment | The payment reference shown in the top-up window, the coin, the network and roughly when you sent it. |
| Logging in or a key | Your username and the exact error message. Never the password or the key itself. |
| A model error | The model id, the time of the request and the error body. The name of the key you used helps too. |
| PayPal or card | The pack you want, and your PayPal reference if you already sent it. |
